MTN Airtime Transfer to another Number

Transfer airtime from an MTN number to another MTN Number by Dialing  *136*3# and follow the prompts. Or dial *136*6328*(cellphone number you’re sending airtime to)*(value of airtime)#

Alternatively, you can link up to 20 SIM cards to one data bundle for free with MTN DataShare. With MTN DataShare, you can share your contract data value or montly data bundle with up to 20 MTN Numbers. Activate MTN DataShare in store, and link or delink numbers by dialling *136*5#.

• If you’re on MTN PayAsYouGo:

  • Dial *136*2*163# to buy a data bundle
  • Dial *136*5# to activate MTN DataShare
  • Select option 4: ’Manage Data Bundles’
  • Select option 2: ’DataShare’ (here you can link and delink numbers)

  If you’re on MTN Contract

  • Call 135 to activate the service
