To check for an upgrade on Cell C, or the end date of your contract, simply dial *147*9# from your Cell C phone and your upgrade date will be displayed. You can also check whether or not you now qualify for a Cell C upgrade online. Go to the Cell C upgrade status check website and type in your number. You will get notification regarding your status.
Alternatively, you can visit a Cell C store near you or dial 143 from your Cell C phone.
You can renew your contract in the following months:
- End of month 6 on a 6-month contract.
- On month 11 on a 12-month contract.
- On month 16 on an 18-month contract.
- On month 21 on a 24-month contract.
